There are 2 types of doctor appointment which you can book

1. Critical service: available 8am till 6pm daily for patients who are seriously unwell and may require hospital treatment if not managed today
2. Routine appointments: phone on the day to book a routine appointment. We have a fixed number available every day. Appointments are released at 8am (when we open) and 1.30pm daily.

Patients who have been found to be at High Risk of Diabetes or At High Risk of cardiovascular disease, are invited for Annual Review. Click here for more information. 

Information about obtaining a medical report or GP letter. These may be charged for.

Patients who have been found to be At High Risk of getting Diabetes , are invited annually for review with our Nursing Team.

St Martins Practice is offering a group consultation to those experiencing symptoms that could be due to the Perimenopause or Menopause.

The clinic will be run by Dr Gordon in the 3rd floor community room at St Martins Practice at 6.20pm on a Tuesday evening.
